Alas, I received this today (9 December, 2011) from UPNE:
"The contributors will be receiving a copy, however it won't be arriving in time for the holiday. More likely it will be mid-January. This is just a factor of how contributors and permissions copies are processed and shipped, and the release date for the book. So I'm sorry the contributors won't have a copy in hand in time for the holiday, but one is certainly on the way to each of them." I'm very sorry for all the delays. I beat all the deadlines I was given, apparently to no avail. |
