p. 218: the stanza at the top of the page is not correctly centered.
p. 231, under “hendecasyllabics,” move lines two, three and four over to the far left margin.
p. 275, under “paradelle,” line one, add an “s” to “it” to make “its inventor.”
p. 417, index, column one, under “Epitaph for a Postal Clerk,” change the page number from “312” to “329.”
p. 419, index, column one, under “X. J. Kennedy” change the page number “312” in two places to “329.”
